Eric Geist, DDS, FACS, Matthew Fowlkes, DMD, MD and Nicholas Gregory, DDS, practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant placement surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. We also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.

We provide intravenous sedation procedures in-office to ensure a safe, comfortable, and effective treatment experience for our patients.

  • Dr Eric Geist
    Eric Geist, DDS, FACS

    Dr. Eric Geist is a native of Louisiana. He completed his undergraduate dental training at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans; he then completed the advanced educational program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans and associated hospitals. He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He served on the Board of Directors and as President of both the Louisiana State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

  • Dr Matthew Fowlkes
    Matthew Fowlkes, DMD, MD

    Matthew W. Fowlkes DMD, MD was born in Amory, MS. After graduating from Amory High School with honors, Dr. Fowlkes attended Mississippi State University. He graduated from MSU with honors in 2004 with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He then attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS for dental school. It was here early on where Dr. Fowlkes developed his interest in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

  • Nicholas Gregory, DDS

    Dr. Gregory grew up in Lake Charles Louisiana, the only boy of 4 children of Chris and Lynn Gregory. He attended McNeese State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological sciences with a minor in chemistry in 2007. He continued his studies at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, School of Dentistry where was awarded the Dental Student Oral Surgery Award from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2011.
