"I Highly Recommend Oral Surgery Associates" Five-Star Reviews from Our Patients
Dr. Nicholas Gregory and his staff are amazing! His specialty is one that brings anxiety to many of us. His team cared for me in such a compassionate way. I told him after each step of my implant process he got a gold star. He is caring, professional, and informative. Front office staff are helpful and engaging. I am thankful God (through my dentist, Emily Cassis) directed me to Dr. Gregory.View On Google
As I look back at my experience with Oral Surgery in care of Dr M. W. Fowlkes, I feel compelled to let you know how much I appreciate not just the care but also the "inviting" atmosphere of the staff. You and your staff complement each other in making patients feel comfortable and cared for. I was among the 1% to experience a dry socket after surgery. Dr. Fowlkes and his staff were very busy but took time to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Oral Surgery Associates.View On Google
Featured Oral Surgery Procedures
Tooth loss causes the loss of jawbone density. In order for dentists to recommend dental implants, patients who've experienced bone atrophy must undergo bone grafting or a sinus lift. These procedures add density to the jaw and help build a proper foundation for implants.
Dental implants are artificial tooth roots surgically embedded into the jaw. Dentists can use dental implants to support crowns, bridges, and dentures. Dental implants hold these false teeth firmly in place without denture creams or messy adhesives.
Our oral surgeons work with doctors in the area who recommend patients for different jaw surgeries. These maxillofacial surgery procedures may be used to address severe malocclusion or to improve a person's appearance.
When a person suffers from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), dentists and doctors may recommend oral surgery. Sleep apnea surgery can remove blockages or adjust jaw position in order to improve airflow during sleep.
Dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) can cause jaw pain and lockjaw. When a dentist is unable to treat a TMJ disorder (TMD) with minimally invasive treatments, undergoing maxillofacial surgery may be the best option.

Ultramodern Dental Technology
We use the latest dental technology to provide advanced care to our patients. Our state-of-the-art digital x-rays and scanners capture detailed panoramic images that we can use to ensure accurate diagnoses. Tools such as our iTero® intraoral scanner and 3-D cone beam computed tomography (CT) system allow us to design personalized surgical plans tailored to our patients' needs.
In addition to our scanning equipment, we also have a soft tissue laser. This device replaces the traditional scalpel method in many of our procedures, including tooth extractions and removal of wisdom teeth. During these procedures, the laser seals blood vessels to reduce bleeding, inflammation, and recovery time.
